From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Matterhorn views and the cozy charm of our Northern Twin Room. The attentive staff made our stay even better.

Room featured a spacious layout with an inviting aroma upon entering. Shower provided ample hot water, but adjusting the temperature was tricky. Amazing views of the Matterhorn from the balcony enhanced my stay significantly. The ski room location near the river allowed easy access to the lifts without a daunting walk. Breakfast offered a variety of options but could use more plant-based selections. Reception staff were friendly, but the manager's demeanor felt unwelcoming at times, impacting the atmosphere. Overall, great value for a central hotel filled with delightful details.

Unfortunately, the check-out process was incredibly frustrating. My niece lost her keycard, and instead of being understanding, the staff insisted we pay CHF 5 for a generic replacement. This lack of consideration for guests really dampened our experience, especially after spending over CHF 800 for two nights.
